NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit of the total cost of your hire required to secure your dates.
Any outstanding balance due for payment 10 days prior to hire commencing or the dates will be cancelled.
A preauthorised credit /debit card payment for a £500 damage deposit will be taken at the time of hire to cover insurance excess. Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions gives Nagcabs Ltd permission to change the amount to cover any additional charges that may become due as laid out in our terms and conditions. Any damage to the inside or outside of the lorry will be charged.
Conditions of Hire
- Driver / Hirer is responsible for any damage, speeding fines, parking fines or any other fines that may occur during the period of hire.
- Do not overload the lorry.
- Do not tie your horse or anything else to the outside of the lorry
- No smoking or dogs allowed in the cab
Return of Horsebox
- Please muck out the lorry and remove any rubbish from the cab prior to return or a £30 fee will be charged
- No smoking or dogs in the cab or £50 fee will be charged
- Fuel tank must be returned full or £50 charge + cost of fuel will be charged
- Vehicle to be returned at the agreed time or a late return fee of £50 per hour will immediately become payable up to a maximum of £300 per day
